Sulfonamide 7-in-one (ELISA) kit operation method

1 Purpose of use: This kit is used for the quantitative detection of residues of sulfamidamide in milk, tissues, honey, and eggs. 2 Principles of the experiment This kit uses a competitive ELISA method. Sulfonamide 7-in-one coupling antigens are coated on microplates. Sulfonamide 7-in-1 standards or samples are added. Free sulfamide 7-in-1 and pre-coated on microwells. The sulfonamide 7-in-one coupling antigens competed with each other for anti-sulfa 7-heterosome enzyme enzyme markers, and they were developed with TMB substrate. The color was changed from blue to yellow after the addition of the stop solution, and the detection was performed at a wavelength of 450 nm with a microplate reader. The value is inversely proportional to the content of sulfathiazol in the sample, and the content of sulfathiazolone in the sample is calculated from the standard curve.
