At present, packaging machinery companies in Germany, Japan, Italy and other countries can provide complete sets of equipment such as self-supporting bag making machines, automatic mouth sealing machines, and mouth-filled bag automatic filling machines.

China's packaging machinery industry has also closely followed the development trend of the mouth-wrapped bags. Now many bag-making equipment manufacturers have launched stand-up bag making machines. Their main performance and indicators are close to the international level and they are exported in large quantities.

China's spout packaging machine also has a rapid development. Shantou Anping, Yuedong and other manufacturers have all launched fully automatic stand-up pouch liquid filling machines, and are close to the foreign technical level, and some equipment exports. However, due to the diversification of packaging materials and the continuous development of the type of bag with a mouth, it is urgently needed for manufacturers to invest in liquid, powdery, and granular article filling machines of higher automation and higher production efficiency, in particular diagonal beaker bag filling machines. .

However, the development of automatic mouth sealing machines in China is relatively slow. Many flexible packaging manufacturers and food companies still use simple manual sealing machines to install plastic mouths. Mouthed bag processing technology

The process of processing the bagged bag with mouthpieces and the mouthpieces of the mouthpieces have high technological requirements. If they are not well mastered, it is easy to produce quality problems such as bag breakage and leakage. Although many soft packaging companies in China have been able to produce mouth-wrapped bags, only a few of them have really passed the quality.

To produce high-quality stand-up pouches, we must pay particular attention to the drilling, the bottom of the bag, and the bottom heat-sealing. In particular, the combination of four-layer and two-layer pouches is prone to break bags. For the installation of heat-sealing knives, heat sealing must be strengthened locally. In addition, the mouthed self-rising bag requires a good opening performance, otherwise the suction cup is not easy to pull the mouth to install the mouth; the friction coefficient of the bag surface should be small, the surface static electricity should be eliminated when the bag is made, and the adsorption between the bag and the bag is prevented, which is not conducive to loading The mouth sealer takes the bag.

The spout standing pouch can be shaped into a special-shaped pouch, which is beneficial to enhance the attractiveness of the package, but it must be noted in the design that the pouch width of the top welding mouth should generally be greater than 40mm in order to ensure a high rate of pulling mouth of the automatic nozzle machine. .

At present, there are two kinds of welding nozzle technology in the country: one is manual nozzle and the other is a heat sealing process. This process transfers the temperature to the mouth by heat conduction so that the mouth melts and is welded together with the PE sealing layer of the bag. Due to the large heat capacity of the plastic mouth, once the heat sealing nozzle is melted, the PE sealing layer will be overheated, and the PE layer will be easily broken; this process has a poor appearance due to the non-cold sealing shaping treatment, and the sealing part is difficult to guarantee once. Sealing strength; manual mouth filling, does not meet food hygiene requirements, and poor consistency. Due to the shortcomings of a manual heat-sealing process, it is generally forbidden to use this process abroad.

Another process is the use of automatic mouth sealing process, automatic bag sealing machine automatically pocket, automatic pull mouth, 4 hot, cold sealing treatment, but also before the welding nozzle must first pre-plastic mouth heat. These process steps guarantee the intrinsic and appearance quality of the welding and also meet the hygiene standards. When using fully automatic mouth sealing machine, the sealing pressure should be controlled at 4 ~ 5kg/cm2, gradually increase the heat sealing pressure during the third heat sealing.

The automatic mouth-sealing and sealing machine uses a vibrating plate to automatically queue the plastic nozzles into the welding line, which has a high requirement for the consistency of the shape of the plastic mouth. Otherwise, the mouthpiece will be generated and the equipment will be shut down. Differences in the shape of the plastic mouth can also result in insufficient seal strength, leading to leakage. Therefore, we must choose a better quality plastic mouth, and its shape and position error should be controlled within 0.1mm. The degree of agreement between the heat-sealing mold and the plastic mouth heat-sealing part determines the welding strength of the hard mouth. When a certain kind of hard mouth is selected, the heat-sealing mold should be removed, and the heat sealing part of the hard mouth should be clamped with a mold to check the light transmission. , And carefully grinding the heat seal mold, so that the heat seal site is completely consistent.

In the production of oblique mouth-mounted pouches, besides paying attention to the above process requirements, it is necessary to pay attention to the distance between the hard mouth and the top edge of the bag at least 10 mm in order to facilitate the top-to-bottom filling. Heat seal the edges to avoid damaging the plastic mouth when heat sealing the top edge. In addition, reducing the angle of the incision and the side of the bag allows the mounting position of the hard mouth to move downwards, which is advantageous for increasing the distance between the hard mouth and the top edge of the bag.

In order to guarantee the production quality of the spouted pouch, the flexible packaging manufacturer shall have a pressure detection device to detect the bag breaking pressure of the pouch according to the sampling rate of 3 inches. If the bagging and welding nozzle processes are strictly observed, the 200ml spouted pouch can be used. Withstand more than 70kg of pressure.
