Fourth, the operation method

1. Clamp the end of the process tube with a wire cutter and slowly discharge the refrigerant.

2. When the refrigerant is not discharged, use the welding torch neutral flame welding process tube to connect with the compressor. When the tube is burning red, gently pull out the process tube with pliers.

3. Unscrew the ejector pin of the quick coupling (to prevent burnout during welding), insert the other end of the quick coupling into the casing of the process tube about 3 cm. When the joint is heated to a cherry red with a neutral flame, the phosphor bronze wire is placed at the weld so that the molten solder completely and sufficiently enters the gap between the insertion tube and the sleeve. Be careful not to heat the electrode directly with a flame, but to melt the electrode through the conductive heat of the tube.

4. Use a wet towel to cool the lower part of the quick connector. When not hot, screw it into the ejector pin.

5. Connect the refrigerant cylinder (should be upright) and the hose, and open the refrigerant bottle switch a little to remove the air inside the hose. Then connect the quick connector.

6. Power on the compressor. At this point, fully open the refrigerant bottle switch and charge the system piping with refrigerant. Turn off the switch after tens of seconds, continue to let the compressor work for 10~20 minutes, then turn on the switch to charge the refrigerant for a few seconds. This can be done two or three times.

Fifth, determine whether the amount of filling is accurate

After adding the refrigerant, if the frosting at the return pipe (ie, the low pressure pipe) is too thick, it means that the refrigerant is excessive, and the ejector valve should be pressed to discharge excess refrigerant. Continue to observe the return pipe from the compressor 3~5cm. When the fluoride is correct, the frost should be full in winter and dew in summer.

Six, leak detection

Use detergent foam, routine inspection, quick joints and welds without leakage. Don't forget to unscrew the plug.

Reminder:

If the refrigerant in the high-low temperature damp heat test chamber has completely leaked, this method should not be used.
