The stacker not only improves production efficiency, reduces labor intensity and labor costs, but also makes the newspapers tidy and accurate, and the advanced stacker has a waste function. The company's company introduced two new crown newspaper rotary presses with a printing speed of 75,000 prints/hour, and two Japanese Gauss stackers. The stacker has stable performance and simple operation, which provides a powerful guarantee for the maximum performance of the printing machine. However, in the perennial printing production, the stacking machine will inevitably have some small faults. Counting is not allowed to be one of the common faults of the stacking machine. Through several years of exploration and practice, the author has summarized some experience and shared with you.
Newspapers are not collected
After the newspapers are collected by the stacker, they are prone to messy, wrinkled, skewed or overlapping, which affects the accuracy of the counter counting. The reason for this is that there are two main reasons.
(1) Due to improper adjustment of the folding section, the newspaper is not neat when it comes out of the folding section of the printing machine before entering the stacking machine.
(2) The stacking machine is not in place, resulting in uneven delivery. There are mainly the following situations: First, the adjustment of the gap of the conveying roller is improper, the gap is too large or too small, or the gap between the two ends is too different, which affects the accumulation of newspapers. The transmission on the machine; the second is that the newspaper enters the stacking machine from the folding section to have a paper-making device, which controls the left and right baffles through the cam reciprocating motion, aligns the newspapers, and performs a certain degree on the newspapers coming out of the folding section. Correction and adjustment, the left and right baffles should be basically in the middle of the stacking machine of the stacker. The baffle is adjusted too tightly, it will squeeze the newspaper, causing deformation, too loose and less than the paper; third is the transfer roller with most domestic stackers. The belts installed on the conveyor are different. The Gaussian stacker is equipped with a set of stainless steel springs with different symmetry. If there are more springs, the newspaper will be skewed or even unable to pass, which will affect the counting, and each spring has a plastic. The ring joint is convenient for reconnecting or replacing the spring after the spring is broken. It should be noted that when making the joint, the two ends of the spring should be bent into a hook shape, and then the kneading should be passed from the plastic joint. The hook after the kneading can not exceed the periphery of the spring, otherwise the newspaper will be hooked and the newspaper will be skewed.
Counter sensitivity drops
The counter is usually located directly above the stacker, and as the newspaper passes, the counter generates a pulse to complete the count. At the factory, the manufacturer has adjusted the height and position of the counter to the best, but as the usage time increases, the sensitivity of the counter will decrease, which will cause the stacker to be inaccurate. In this case, the counter position should be properly corrected.
Distinguish plate wear
We know that the stacker can set the number of copies (usually 50 copies) and the total number of bundles (usually 5 posts) according to customer needs. When the newspaper entering the upper section of the delivery bin reaches the set number of posts, the dividing panel is lifted, the newspaper falls into the lower section of the delivery bin, and then the dividing panel is dropped, that is, a work cycle is completed. Due to the long-term reciprocating cycle, the distinguishing plate is extremely easy to wear. If the dividing board is not replaced in time, the counter reaches the set number of posts, and although the dividing board falls, it cannot effectively intercept the newspaper, thereby causing the counting to be inaccurate.
Two consecutive posts are not counted
In production, the author has also encountered the basic accuracy of each bundle of newspapers, but the number of newspapers in two consecutive newspapers has a problem of the number of newspapers. The author first corrected the counter position, and later checked the partition board, but still could not solve it.
Careful analysis, the reason is that when the newspaper enters the stacker, it will overlap with each other. If there is too much overlap, the photoelectric pulse signal cannot be scanned into the overlapping newspapers in time, so that it is too late to react to the counter, resulting in one more newspaper. Therefore, this fault can be solved by slightly increasing the parameter setting of the distance between individual newspapers so that the number of copies per copy is accurate. It is important to note that the operator should record each adjusted data so that the device can be restored even if the fault cannot be successfully eliminated.
