Then the pellets and water enter the dewatering, the water is discharged from the ring to the oblique joints of the discharge water, and finally enters The compaction section is further dewatered to form large and dense pellets and pushed out of the cylinder. The moisture content of mudballs is generally above 70%.
3, papermaking sludge mechanical dehydration method. After the sludge is concentrated, it is subjected to mechanical pressure drying and dehydration through dehydration equipment such as plate and frame filter presses, belt filter presses, diaphragm filter presses, and sludge press dryers. This method uses paper sludge treatment. The final sludge treatment effect is directly related to the choice of sludge dewatering equipment. If the belt filter press can usually dewater the paper sludge to a moisture content of more than 80%, the frame filter press can dewater the sludge to a moisture content above 75%. The membrane filter press can treat the paper sludge to the moisture content. About 70%, while the high-pressure sludge press dryer can handle the paper sludge once to moisture content below 50%.
At present, the mechanical dewatering method is widely used in the treatment of paper sludge, and the sludge dewatering equipment mostly adopts a type with a high degree of automation and a high mechanical pressing force.
