The "School Children's Palace" of Longhua Middle School affiliated to Shanghai Normal University, with the existing resources of the school as a platform, through the continuous digging of activities resources, enriching the form of activities, open to all students, making the school Children's Palace a position for students' ideological and moral construction, happy learning and security The platform of activities, a paradise for healthy growth and comprehensive development. This semester, the school specially hired Longhua Community School Bao Min teacher to be the teacher of the school's children's palace, and opened a 3D printing activity class for 3D enthusiasts, which is open every Tuesday from 15:40-16:10.
In the activity course, Mr. Bao started with 3D printing and introduced the relevant knowledge of 3D printing and the development status of Chinese 3D printing technology to the students. Under the careful guidance of Mr. Bao, the students designed the works through FreeCAD software on their respective computers and input the relevant data of the drawings into the “3D†printer.
On the occasion of the upcoming section, Mr. Bao conducted detailed and careful planning according to the characteristics and interests of middle school students. He led the children to design six or one gift from the action, the boys designed and printed the popular "finger gyro", the girls designed and printed a strange "wooden comb". The 3D printing of the internationally popular “finger gyro†attracts the students. Under the careful guidance of Mr. Bao, the “finger gyro†with the personality preferences and various shapes of the students “spits out†the printer, and the boys can play. The fast-turning "gyro", the girls look at the "wooden comb" designed by themselves, and the joy in the heart is self-evident.
3D printing enhances students' spatial imagination and creativity, which is the unique charm of 3D printing.
