On July 6th, under the supervision of the owner of Zhenglong Paper Factory, under the auspices of the Public Security Fire Department of Pingyang Province, Vietnam, after a month of careful preparation, the Zhenglong Paper Factory project was officially approved for firefighting acceptance, marking the successful completion of the fire inspection. It is also a major engineering node of Zhenglong Paper Mill. The fire inspection and acceptance is the last inspection and acceptance by the government agencies before the factory production. It is related to whether the project can be put into production on time and whether it can generate economic benefits as soon as possible. At the same time, it will help the construction of the second phase of the project and bank loans.
The first phase of the Zhenglong Pingyang Paper Mill in Vietnam includes: coal-fired power plants, pulp and paper joint workshops, sewage treatment equipment, finished product warehouses, machine repair workshops, and raw material yards. The paper machine width (net) is 6.25 meters wide, and the designed speed is 1000 meters/minute. The annual output is 300,000 tons of corrugated base paper with a weight of 90-180 g/m2. All raw materials are made from waste paper pulp.
The paper machine has been successfully trial-produced in April this year and is scheduled to be put into production in August.

On August 8, 2017, the No. 2 machine of Zhengyang Paper Factory (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., which was controlled by Nine Dragons Paper Co., Ltd., successfully produced a trial production of 350,000 tons of kraftliner paper.
With the annual production of 300,000 tons of Zhenglong Paper's project, in the Vietnamese market, Xiaolong, Liwen and Zhenglong have achieved three pillars. Liwen and Zhenglong have also clearly proposed plans to continue investing, especially Vietnam's import of waste paper. There are no restrictions for the time being. The three companies can import large quantities of waste at a lower price, and the production cost has obvious advantages over China.
