Q: What is the delivery time ?
A: It will takes about 10---20 days to finish an order, but the exact time is according to actual situation.
Q: before doing an bulk order, can I have sample for test?Â
A: Yes. Sample will be delivery by express. We should collect sample charge and shipping freight.
If bulk order reach 300 units then we will return the sample charge.
Q: What is your warranty? How long?
A: Our warranty is 6~12months for gasoline engine, 120 days for other parts from the date of delivery. This warranty does not include labor, wearing parts, and damaged parts from accidents, abuse, and shipping cost.
If due to quality problem, we will send free parts to you immediately.
