1. SL series full automatic corner pasting machine is controlled by PLC, operated by touch screen and driven by servo motor which can do four corner stitching at one time. It can be operated by only one person with the feature of easy order changing ( about 10 minutes, by only inputting data and simple adjustment of the machine related parts).  Twenty five thousand to thirty five thousand boxes per shift is an easy work for the machine. The machine is fit for a wider range of application, simple operation, fast and long life span. It is one of an ideal equipment for you, if you are doing rigid box production busyness.

Feeding Part 

1. We have two feeding type by feeder or by belt for client to decide.
2. Belt feeding conveyor adopts high anti-friction well know material which make sure long life span.

Pasting part 
Heating system adopt Germany brand PTC heater with the features of low power consumption(18w/p*4p) and faster heating up (five minutes). 

1. Liner guide and ball screw uses well-known brand to ensure long life span and high precision.

 
 
Air cylinder and magnetic valve uses Taiwan AIRTAC brand, with 9 years life length.
 
The length of tape can be adjusted on touch screen to input data with the features of convenient operation. 
 
Delivery Part 
Machine adopts belt delivery and easy to collect. 


 The mechanical parts and assemble: 
Machine frame uses high quality steel and more than 80% mechanical parts are done by CNC lathe to ensure stable running. 
Transmission: 
Transmission belt adopts well-know brand which ensures long life span. 
Electric Parts 
Machine using well-known brand electric parts to make sure regular production.
