Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 52 eight-color machine is a small-format printer developed for short-run printing. This A3 format machine can not only complete double-sided and four-color jobs, but also can perform single-sided eight-color printing in a single paper feed process, which is economical and economical. With shorter job preparation time, fewer waste sheets, and faster production, the Speedmaster SM 52 eight-color machine saves a lot of time and costs while ensuring higher productivity, flexibility and reliability.

Speedmaster SM 52 eight-color machine has a new paper conveying system. It includes the ink-repellent roller jacket “enhanced transfer deck” for the transfer drum and “enhanced perfect jacket” for the impression transfer station. The reduced-diameter reversal printing cylinder cooperates with the reinforced transfer paper sheath to ensure smoother paper transport and avoid paper scratches. The diameter of the new transfer cylinder is adjustable so that the gap between the impression cylinder and the transfer cylinder can be precisely set to prevent the paper from being scratched during transport. In order to enhance the flexibility of the SM 52 on the substrate, the SM 52 also added software and a paper brake with 3 suction belts to the Prinect CP2000 center console. Vario dampening system can be installed according to user needs. Deceleration dampening rollers remove ring spots more easily.

For the Speedmaster SM 52 monochrome and dual color machines, the control panel has been redesigned. The Emerging Machine Control Center is a space-saving solution that responds to the delivery section and shows all production functions, barriers, and equipment maintenance skills. The touch screen does navigate very intuitively.

Since the Speedmaster SM 52 offset press was introduced, its functions have been continuously improved. For example, the increase in feeders or membrane cutting units has increased the productivity steadily. The SM 52 continues to dominate in the 35cm 50cm format. (Korean)
