The entire machine is a disc-type design, and uses the world's unique silicone soft mold lipstick filling technology and patented two-step vacuum stripping technology. The machine consists of 128 soft silicone molds, each running 8 holes; when running, only one operator can put the lipstick shell into the bottom bracket. The equipment contains five stations (operations):
1. Soft film preheating
First, hot air is blown from the top of the mold and the silicone soft mold is preheated at a temperature of between 40 degrees and 100 degrees.
2. Filling station
After the silicone soft mold is preheated, it reaches the filling station, and the machine fills the filling paste that has been heated to between 75 degrees and 105 degrees to the silicone film. The filling head fills four molds per filling cycle. Holes, 8 holes are filled twice, and because the filling pump is controlled by a servo motor, the filling accuracy can be controlled within +/- 0.4%.
3. Cooling station
After the filling station, the lipstick will enter the cooling station. The machine has 13 cooling stations. Cooling water with a temperature of about 1 degree cools the silicone soft film. The total cooling time is about 5 minutes.
4. Flat station
After the paste is filled, the surface of the paste is heated for 0-20 seconds through a set of 20W halogen bulbs in order to flatten the surface of the paste so that the paste and the lipstick shell can be tightly combined. ,Reduce the phenomenon that lipstick breaks easily when consumers use it.
5. Stripping station
After the cooling is completed, four lipstick shells are removed from the bottom of the machine by a robot, and then the removed lipstick shell is placed on the upper part of the lipstick. The upper part of the soft mold is opened by vacuum, the lipstick shell is put into the lipstick, and then the soft mold is fully opened. , Remove the lipstick shell together with the paste, after completing the above action, the robot will automatically flip the lipstick into the bottom bracket. The operator removes the finished product and re-inserts the empty lipstick case, continuing the next round of production.
The entire production process is fully automated and does not cause any scratches or bubbles on the lipstick surface. Make sure the lipstick surface is clean and tidy.
