Talk about the resin stamping process

The resin version of the brush should be blown dry, and the moisture on the surface of the resin plate should be blown clean with a hair dryer, and the resin plate should be put back into the printing machine for about 5 minutes (solid state). This is a piece of hot stamping resin. Until the text is clearly written out.

The printing method is the same as above, and the printing time is about 5 minutes. According to the difference in the light intensity of the printing machine, the printing time is also different.

Place the vacuum diaphragm over the resin plate, and then press the key to start vacuuming. Non-forest oriented.

Note: The above manipulations should avoid direct sunlight, and the resin version should be as short as possible when exposed to the sun!

The next step is to start printing.

Can be pasted directly to the hot stamping captain for manipulation! The used bronzing plate is kept so that it can be reused later.

Gold foil resin is a special resin version imported from Japan. It is mainly used for making hot stamping and embossed version. The common specification is A4, the price of A4 is 120 yuan/block

Machine wash version:

Because the automatic platemaking machine is equipped with an automatic plate-washing function, so long as the sunburned version is placed on the plate cleaning station (the plate cleaning station is magnetic, the resin plate can be directly adsorbed on it), and the time is set (100- 120 seconds) will be automatically washed version.

Normal printing mechanism version:

Without this automatic resin platesetter, you can use ordinary iodine lamp lighters or other small platesetters with UV light source: (need to use a vacuum platen)

The baked resin version was pulled out and the film was peeled off.

Hand wash version:

Prepare a brush for the resin version (available at the printed material store) and a pot of warm water.

The whole machine divides the drying board area and the washing area, and opens the printing work area first, and puts the resin plate with a good film on the work surface.

Cover the film on the surface of the resin plate, (the one with the film faces the front of the resin plate, so the text is reversed from the front)

Take a small piece of cut resin plate, and remove the protective film on the surface;

The document to be produced is output as a film film (output is a negative film+mirror image), and then the necessary platemaking department is cut out;

When using it, you need to use a utility knife or a hook knife to cut the A4 into small pieces. Each piece of A4 can be divided into 12 small pieces. Just can make a gilded version of PVC card size. (A5 specifications can be cut into 6 pieces).

Place the dried resin plate in warm water of about 40 degrees, brush gently on the surface of the resin plate with a plate brush (clockwise + counterclockwise), and keep the brush and the surface of the resin plate parallel to each other.

Start the plate making machine and start the plate making. The general printing time is about 300 seconds.
