1. Cut the cola bottle mouth. 
2. Cut the strip at the end as shown in the figure. Be sure to note that only one third of the round is cut. 
3. Turn the cut strips back and stick them together to form a bang. 
4. The colored paper is rolled into a cylindrical shape and placed in a Coke bottle. 
5. Put the cola bottle that you started cutting into the bottle. 
6. Take a piece of colored paper and cut it into a spiral. 
7. Bring the little girl a spiral hat and cut her mouth and draw her eyes. 
8. Cut the strips with colored cardboard to make a circle. 
9. Stick the ring shape to the sides of the cola bottle.
