The quality of printed products is the basis for the survival of a printing company. Printing and distributing flowers are an important factor that affects the quality of printed products. There are many reasons for causing printing of printed products. The author summarizes the analysis and solutions he has found out from his work practices as follows:

1. The printed product caused by uneven paper pulp or paper smoothness caused by the production of paper. There are two general solutions: First, increase the amount of ink or add appropriate kerosene, to increase the permeability of the ink to achieve the purpose of troubleshooting; the second is to increase the pressure, reduce or not use the relieving agent to enhance Coloring power to achieve better printing results. In practice, we usually use the former method.

2. The printed product is caused by the two sides of the blanket not parallel, over-tight or horizontal and vertical directions. This requires us to ensure that both sides are parallel when we put on the blanket.

3. Roller liner is not even, causing the printed product to bloom. When choosing a liner, we must keep it clean, whether it is pad or wool, and prevent it from wrinkling when it is used. Only in this way can we ensure that the liner is flat and avoid the resulting prints. In addition, if you encounter such a situation in the print job, you should replace the liner in time to ensure good print quality.

4. The printing plate or glass plate dust is too much, inhale is not true, so that the version of the Internet point is not true caused by printing flowers. When printing, the operator should first check the cleaning film and the printing plate before performing the printing. During the printing process, be sure to wait until the film and the PS plate are absorbed before proceeding with the printing. To achieve these points, the resulting printing of flowers can be effectively avoided.

5. Aging of the ink roller or excessive paper dust on the roller, affecting the ink transfer, causing the printed product to become flowery. The only way to solve the former is to replace the ink roller, and for the latter, just use a solvent such as gasoline to clean the ink roller.

6. The amount and concentration of the dampening solution supply water, the uneven pressure between the water rollers, the discomfort or the water roller velvet use time is too long, and it is also easy to cause partial printing of the printed products. In this type of situation, the water supply system has a general problem. According to the principle of ink-ink offset printing, the proportion of water and ink must be strictly controlled so that the volume of the aqueous phase in the emulsion ink is controlled at 15% to 26%, too much or too much. Less is unfavorable, and the concentration of the fountain solution should be added and placed according to the instructions for use of the powder. If the cause of the flowering is caused by uneven or improper pressure between the water rollers, the water roller should be leveled and the feeler pressure should be adjusted properly using a feeler gauge. In addition, water roller velvet also needs to be replaced in time to ensure good water storage and water transfer.

7. Due to ink flooding, adding too much of various additives to make the ink over emulsified or ink printability is not good enough to make the prints. In the transfer of ink, ink additives, detackifiers, anti-adhesives, and drying oils are generally added. The amount of ink added and defoamer must be added in an appropriate amount. If too much ink is added, it will cause printing. . Of course, there is only one purpose of ink transfer, which is to make the ink have good printability and achieve the desired printing effect. Therefore, when adding additives, we must strictly control the amount of addition and discharge, in order to prevent the opposite polarity.

The factors that affect the printing of printed products are various, and it remains to be further explored in our future work practices to make such failures better eliminated.
