When printing, the operator should first check the cleaning film and the printing plate before performing the printing. During the printing process, be sure to wait until the film and the PS plate are absorbed before proceeding with the printing. 5. Aging of the ink roller or excessive paper dust on the roller, affecting the ink transfer, causing the printed product to become flowery. The only way to solve the former is to replace the ink roller, and for the latter, just use a solvent such as gasoline to clean the ink roller.

6. The amount and concentration of the dampening solution supply water, the uneven pressure between the water rollers, the discomfort or the water roller velvet use time is too long, and it is also easy to cause partial printing of the printed products. In this type of situation, the water supply system has a general problem. According to the principle of ink-ink offset printing, the proportion of water and ink must be strictly controlled so that the volume of the aqueous phase in the emulsion ink is controlled at 15% to 26%, too much or too much. Less is unfavorable, and the concentration of the fountain solution should be added and placed according to the instructions for use of the powder. If the cause of the flowering is caused by uneven or improper pressure between the water rollers, the water roller should be leveled and the feeler pressure should be adjusted properly using a feeler gauge. In addition, water roller velvet also needs to be replaced in time to ensure good water storage and water transfer.

7. Due to ink flooding, adding too much of various additives to make the ink over emulsified or ink printability is not good enough to make the prints. Therefore, when adding additives, we must strictly control the amount of addition and discharge, in order to prevent the opposite polarity.
