Four), sports wood floor construction process description

1. Construction conditions

1) Before the construction of the wooden floor, the civil works must be completed and cleaned up, and the quality of the ground construction must meet the design requirements of the architectural drawings.

2) The installation of indoor water, electricity, steam, etc. is completed, especially the water network pipes must be subjected to pressure experiments to confirm to meet the design requirements, and normal use will not affect the wooden floor.

3) The interior decoration ceiling, ultrasound, electroacoustics, lighting and other projects are completed to avoid the impact on the wooden floor construction during cross construction.

4) Ground humidity or equilibrium moisture content is basically consistent with the outside world.

5) In order to cross construction with other types of work, Party A shall be allowed to arrange them uniformly.

2. Construction preparation

1) Construction tools and instruments: theodolite, spirit level, woodworking universal machine tool, portable electric planer, portable high-speed cutting saw, polishing machine, nail gun, air compressor, hand ruler, 3 m straight ruler construction woodworking commonly used tools.

2) Materials and materials: All the necessary materials before construction must be transported to the place designated by Party A, and properly stored according to product performance requirements, and the stored energy should meet the construction progress.

3) Inspection of construction conditions: To check whether the construction conditions are met, and to record the matters that do not meet the construction requirements, Party A shall order the relevant departments to resolve them within a specified period and clarify their responsibilities, especially water, fire, and theft.

4) Compilation of relevant systems such as construction progress and site management:

4.1) Compile the construction schedule: compile the construction schedule according to the plan. Report to the contractor and the supervision team for review and filing.

4.2) Set up a construction team: divided into a carpentry group, a paint group, and a general worker class. Make technical explanations and determine the responsibilities of the team.

5) Other items:

3. Draw the line of keel and cushion

Draw the location lines of the main keel and the cushion according to the drawings, and make special marks with the cushions at every 3 meters from the center of the site to the surroundings as a reference point.

4. Testing site

Use a spirit level to measure the height error of the cement ground on the reference point, make a record at the same time, and mark the height value on the cement ground of the reference point.

5. Install shock-absorbing rubber pads

Install a 10mm thick pad at the reference point. The elevation error above the reference pad does not exceed -1mm. Use the veneer to level the error and use a level to calibrate.

6. Install other wooden mats

Use an aluminum alloy flat ruler with a length greater than 3 meters (or pull the horizontal line). Transversely and longitudinally cross the two reference pads, then place other pads under the aluminum alloy flat ruler according to the line drawing position, and level them at the same time, the same height as the reference pads, and the same leveling.

7. Install the keel

Place the 4 × 5cm (other sizes can be matched) pine keel on the rubber pad according to the line, use 50 # steel nails (optional other models), the shock absorption rubber pad, leveling pad and keel nail to death. Use a 3-meter ruler to level the top of the keel with a 3-meter ruler-2mm. The keel is brushed with fireproof material on all four sides (the double-layer keel is placed in a chevron shape and the rubber pad is placed between the two layers of keels, which is fixed with 50 # steel nails (optional other models), the keel spacing is 400mm)

8. Install wool floor

Stagger the multi-layer solid wood flooring from each other and lay it on the main keel with 60mm round nails diagonally.

9. Shop moisture-proof pad

Lay the moisture-proof mat under the rough floor without discount.

10. Paving floor

Nail the ground floor with a special floor into 45-degree oblique nails, and nail it to the wool floor, which requires a straight line in the longitudinal direction, and the joints should be staggered from each other.
