Research on vacuum blister packaging technology of ordnance maintenance equipment (I)

The packaging of ordnance maintenance equipment is an important part of equipment support. It runs through the entire process of equipment production, storage, transportation and use. It involves all aspects such as loading, unloading, transportation, storage, distribution, and use of equipment. It directly affects the technical support effectiveness of equipment, and is the realization of military equipment's "two-tenths of strength." I. Cleaning before equipment packaging (including rust removal), drying and protection

1, cleaning

Cleaning is the first important part of packaging. In order to ensure that the ordnance maintenance equipment has good cleanliness before packaging to ensure the quality of the packaging, it should be based on the characteristics of the equipment, the degree of surface contamination, surface processing accuracy, and the storage period and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, airborne contaminants, etc.) The proper cleaning agent and cleaning process are used to thoroughly clean the equipment to remove dust, oil, residue, sweat, and other dirt on the surface of the product.

1 Cleaning Agents Cleaning agents are classified into two major categories: petroleum and organic solvent cleaning agents and water-based cleaning agents. It can also be subdivided into petroleum solvents, halogenated hydrocarbon solvents, alkaline solutions, and non-ionic surfactants. After comparing and repeating the experiments, the Ordnance metal cleaning agent was selected by Ordnance maintenance equipment cleaning. This cleaning agent is a new type of metal detergent developed from non-ionic surfactants, builders and corrosion inhibitors. 2 cleaning process and methods Cleaning process is: cooking oil → degreasing → cleaning.
Cleaning methods: There are many cleaning methods. The ordnance maintenance equipment uses a surfactant cleaning method. The comparison of the cleansing methods between the national military standard and the US military standard is shown in Table 1.




If there is rust before cleaning the equipment, rust removal is still required before cleaning. The rust removing agent is: XH- neutral degreasing agent, XH-two-in-one rust removing agent, XH-steel normal temperature indigo agent and XH-dehydrated oil; its technological process: degreasing → derusting → indigo → eucalyptus oil .

2, drying

The equipment is dried immediately after cleaning to remove the cleaning liquid, moisture and residual moisture on the surface and inside of the equipment. There are many drying methods, commonly used drying method, compressed air drying method, infrared drying method, drying method and drain (dry) method.

After scientific analysis, repeated trials, ordnance maintenance equipment used a cheap and hot drying method. The specific operation is: placing the equipment to be dried in a drying box or drying room with temperature regulation and air blowing, and using electric heat or a heat source of superheated steam in the pipeline to remove the moisture and cleaning liquid from the equipment. It is required that all parts in the drying oven or drying room should be evenly heated and well ventilated, and the moisture and cleaning liquid gas after drying can be brought out of the box as soon as possible.
