【Abstracts】 A solvent-free composite process and its application in the field of flexible packaging, is a packaging material production technology. The solvent-free composite process uses 100% solid adhesive, which is uniformly coated by heating and melting it. On the surface of the composite material, after being laminated and cooled and solidified, the substrate is compounded by the adhesive force generated when the adhesive itself is cured. This process is quite versatile in comparison to conventional processes for the selection of adhesives and composite substrates. It can be applied to almost all plastic films, papers and metal foils in the field of soft packaging, and no chemical changes have occurred before and after compounding. Therefore, the process requires less investment, low energy consumption, and no pollution, and the technical performance of composite materials is much higher than that of traditional processes.
