1. First collect the caps and wash the caps with a soft brush. It is best to soak them in the fungicide to kill the bacteria.
2, design the doll, and then use the bottle cap to make a general shape. In general, the components of a doll should have arms, legs, body, neck and head. Of course you can also add a hat or shoes to it.
3. Use a small electric drill to punch holes in the center of each cap. The diameter of the hole should not be too large, otherwise the knot will slip out easily.
4. Put all the covers on the string.
Make limbs: Prepare a 25 cm long string, one tied with a knot and the other with a bottle cap. As shown in the figure, in the arm part, the first cap that is worn should be opposite to the other caps and the openings are opposite, so that the appearance is good and the structure is firm. Put on the last cap and then tie a knot. At this time, the string should be left about 7 cm for use with the body.
Note: Plastic ropes can be considered because the ends of the plastic ropes can be smoothed by heating and easily pass through the small holes in the bottle cap.
5. Drill a hole in each side of the bottle cap on the shoulder for attachment to the arm. There is also a hole in the bottom of the body part, and two holes are also drilled for connection with the leg. After connecting the arms and legs, tie the knots. The rope should be left long and the excess parts should be cut off to avoid affecting the appearance.
Note: Connecting the limbs must be done before assembling the body, otherwise it will be difficult.
6. Use another thread to pass through the lowermost cap of the body part (the cap attached to the leg). After knotting at one end, the string is preferably 50 cm. Then put the body, shoulders (connected to the arm), neck and head in turn, and tie the knot. It is best to tie it tightly and keep it compact.
7. Finally, in order to prevent injury to children, the length of the rope remaining after passing through the head should not exceed 22 cm.
