Economic evaluation

Solvent adhesive compounded with adhesive dry basis 24.0 yuan/Kg, ethyl ester price 7.5 yuan/Kg, solid content 30%, glue amount 2.5mg/m2 converted, composite cost is about 0.1037 yuan/m2 . The water-based glue compound is based on the adhesive dry basis of 43.9 yuan/Kg and the glue amount of 2.0mg/m2. The compound cost is about 0.0878 yuan/m2. In contrast, the cost of water-based glue compound is about 0.159 yuan/m2 less than solvent-based glue compound. The packaging company's annual compound output of 10,000,000 square meters is calculated as annual cost savings of approximately 1,590,000 yuan, which is very impressive.

In addition, the water-based adhesive composite product does not need to be cured, and at least 38 dyne should be removed for a few hours. The surface of the ink can also be inspected and cut. This shortens the product supply cycle, reduces the library test, and compares the surface tension of some inks. low. Printed film must be stored, which can also save costs for the company. At the same time, if using composite inks, it is strictly prohibited to use surface printing inks.
