"Line touch" is an important process for the production of cartons by small stand-alone machines and an auxiliary process for corrugated board production lines. When the paper grade of the production line is low, the slitter press line will get good results. If the corrugated cardboard is passed to the touch-up machine, it will have a good technical effect on the horizontal press line of the corrugated cartons.
However, as with the other processes used to make cartons, there are also quality problems. Common are: touch line deflection, size is not allowed, after the flap folded back indentation burst phenomenon. The reasons for the analysis are as follows:
1, pressure line deflection. Due to the skew of the press lines, when the carton is nailed or glued, the molding line is not aligned, and the carton is not well formed, resulting in waste. There are two reasons for this problem: First, the equipment is not in good condition, and the deflectors are skewed (the sizes of the knife at both ends are different from those of the knife). The second is that the feed angle is not correct, and the operator feeds paper skew.
2, the size is not allowed. The height error of the swing cover and box height is above lmm. When the flap size is small, the interior space is small.
The direct cause of the capping and box height dimension errors is that after the flaps are bent, the seams are not centered. When the fold line is on the side of the female line, the size of the swing cover is small, and the height of the box is too large. When the fold line is biased toward the side of the female line, the swing cover is larger in size and the box height is smaller. Why is it that the folding line is not centered after the flap is bent? The reason is as follows: First, the condition of the equipment is not good. The thread cutter is indented by the upper knife and the lower knife. The knife on the knife is fixed, it touches two female lines, namely the outer female line and the inner female line. The knife can be adjusted (to hit the male line). The best of both is that the lower knife is in the middle position of the upper knife when hitting the wire. The line that hits this is the indentation (the indentation is called the transverse pressure line on the carton, which connects the flap and the box wall). When the flap is bent, the fold line is indented at the center. If the knife is not centered, the crease lines will not be centered when the creases are bent, resulting in the problem of shifting toward the side of the female line as described above. The second is poor handling of the paper feeding process. When the plane of the corrugated board is level with the upper plane of the lower knife of the thread catcher. The line (indentation) that comes out must be very regular. When the corrugated board reaches a certain angle (slope) on the plane of the knife, the center of gravity on the board may be offset. When the indentation is bent, the fold line will be bent along the center of gravity, and the fold line It is not centered.
3, pressure line burst. After the flap is folded, the horizontal pressure line bursts, which completely fails the touch. The reason is mainly due to the poor condition of the equipment: First, the lower knife and the upper knife do not harmonize. As mentioned above, the lower knife is not in the middle position of the upper knife, the pressure line is not correct, and the pressure lines are inconsistent; Darkness adjustment is inappropriate. The touch line is too shallow and the indentation is not pressed (or not compacted). The above two conditions will cause the flap to crack and the pressure line will burst.
To sum up, in order to obtain a better indentation quality than the slitter press line, the following points should be noted when working with the threader:
1. Make sure that the device of the wire catcher is in good condition. In particular, the coordination status of the upper and lower knives, the depth of their strokes, and the position of the baffle plate must be very appropriate and accurate. There should be no slightest error. If the equipment is not in good condition, it must not be put into production. For the first product produced, we must focus on checking whether the touch line is upright, the dimensions are accurate, whether the fold line is centered, whether the indentation is pressed through, and whether the reverse fold effect is good. Only when correct, can we put into formal production.
2, we must do a good job of paper feeding process. The paper feeding process in production must be accurate and the cardboard must be sent in the past, and no artificial deflection can occur. For this reason, the operator's standing posture and the center of gravity of the paper feed should be very appropriate. The paperboard that was sent to the past must not only be upright, but also be kept horizontal and must not be graded. For this reason, the paper-feeding platform must not stack too much cardboard once (batch), and the stacking height is higher than the upper plane of the lower knife. If the stacking height is higher than the upper plane of the lower knife, the contacted cardboard is in the state of being pressed by the slope, and the contact pressure center of gravity will be displaced, so that the above-mentioned flap bending will occur at the center of gravity. When the shaft is bent, the result will inevitably result in the broken line being not centered, causing deviation of the height of the swing cover and the box, and may also cause the broken line to burst. Therefore, this point must be paid attention to in the paper-feeding process. There can be no sloppyness.
