Abstract: Radix Angelicae Dahuricae is an important medicine for beauty. "Compendium of Materia Medica" said Angelica "long skin, moisturizing color, can be used as facial fat", used in ancient beauty. Pick large and pure white Angelica decoction pieces 30-40 grams, use a knife to remove the yellow-brown coarse skin, grind it into a very fine powder, mix it into a small bottle of ordinary skin care products, and mix well.
Objective To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil of Angelica dahuricae. Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze the types and contents of volatile oils of Bozhi Angelicae. It was compared with Chuan Baizhi treated by the same method. Results 37 components were identified from Bozhi. Conclusion Bo Angelica contains a large amount of carbene, alcohol, acid and ester.
Angelica dahurica is the dried root of Umbelliferae Angelica dahurica (Fisch.exHoffm.) Benth.etHook.f. Or Hangzhou Angelica dahurica (Fisch.exHoffm.) Benth.etHook.f.var.formosana (Boiss.) ShanetYuan. [1] . In recent years, in addition to the traditional four major producing areas, there have been many reports on the planting of Angelica dahurica in Bozhou, Anhui, and the output has been relatively large and has formed a certain scale. At present, there are no reports on the studies on the constituents of volatile oil of Bo Angelica chinensis. In this experiment, the gas-mass spectrometry method was used for the first time to study the composition of volatile oil of Bozhi Angelicae dahuricae, and compared with the volatile oil of Radix Angelicae dahuricae from Sichuan.
1 Materials and methods
1.1 The source of medicinal materials is shown in Table 1.
The above counterparts have been identified by the author.
1.2 Extraction and preparation of volatile oil Weigh 100g crude powder of Angelicae dahuricae, add ultrasonic treatment with 200ml of ether for 1h, extract the solution under reduced pressure to obtain an extract, add 300ml of distilled water to the extract, keep it slightly boiled for 12h according to the volatile oil determination method [1] , Make up to 1ml with ethyl acetate and set aside.
1.3 Instrument and test conditions HP6890 / 5973GC-MS combined instrument (Hewlett-Packark Company, USA). GC conditions: Chromatography column HP1-MS capillary column (50m × 0.25mm × 0.25μm), carrier gas is high-purity He gas, programmed temperature rise from column temperature 100 ℃, 14 ℃ / min program temperature to 170 ℃, 2 ℃ / min temperature program to 190 ℃, 5 ℃ / min program temperature to 230 ℃, then 40 ℃ / min program temperature to 310 ℃, inlet temperature is 260 ℃, injection volume 1μl (15: 1); MS Conditions: EI ion source, electron energy 70ev, ion source temperature 280 ℃, scanning range (m / z): 30 ~ 500.
2 results
GC-MS analysis of the two kinds of Angelica volatile oil was carried out. After the mass spectrometry data provided by the gas mass spectrometer and the possible structure retrieved by the computer, and the related literatures were consulted and compared with the mass spectra of the standard products, a total of 75 were identified. Compound. The relative content of various components in volatile oil is calculated by the area normalization method. The results are shown in Table 2. Table 2 GC-MS analysis results of Bozhi and Chuan Baizhi (omitted)
It can be seen from Table 2 that the main components of the volatile oils of the two Angelicae dahurica samples are acids, esters and alkanes, followed by carbene and alcohol, accounting for about 82% of the entire volatile oils, of which there are 51 kinds of Angelica dahuricae and the main components are 9-hexadecane Tetradecyl enoate (11.40%), 2-chloroethyl linoleic acid (10.69%), ethyl 9,12-octadecadienoate (7.28%), cyclododecane (8.23%); Sichuan The main components of Angelica are cyclododecane (14.03%), 1-dodecyl alcohol (16.31%), and tetradecyl 9-hexadecenoate (5.06%).
3 Discussion
In this paper, the volatile oil composition of Bo Angelica chinensis was studied for the first time, and its main component was determined, which provided a reference for its medicinal use, and was compared with the volatile oil of Radix Angelicae Dahurica from Sichuan. As a result, it was found that there was a difference in the composition and amount of volatile oil between the two types of Angelica dahuricae, which may be related to the variety, cultivation and processing methods of origin.
