2. During production, online QC will check carefully on each production phrase, starting from leather cutting, sewing till packing.

4. Clients will be informed the final production finish date for arrangement of inspection and shipment.
5. When production is finished, pictures will be taken for the whole sofa set and for each sofa from different side, and send to clients before packing.

The Maintenance Tips of Genuine Leather Sofas:

1. Put your sofa in the right place, avoid direct sun-shine and don't put it near the the heater nor directly facing the air-conditioner.

2. Do simple cleaning of the sofa every week, using medium-wet soft cloth to swept the dirts on the surface of the sofa. 

3. Use professional care agent to clean softly. Usually they need to be mixed with water before using, please use according to the instruction.

4. Use wax as protective film on receiving your sofa before using it, the wax will protect your sofa from dirts and sweat. Do wax maintenance every month, and increase maintenance times in summer.
