2018 was an incredible year for Covet House and for everyone who believes in the power of curated design. We traveled across the globe to attend top-tier design events, gathered inspiring personalities to elevate craftsmanship, brought our luxury brands to life through a unique staging project called Covet NYC, and most importantly, celebrated design with friends. These were the highlights of a year that exceeded our expectations, and we are deeply grateful for your love and support. Here’s a look back at what made 2018 so special.
At the start of the year, we kicked things off with Maison et Objet in Paris. It's always the perfect way to begin a new year in style. We showcased a carefully selected collection of contemporary designs from top furniture, lighting, and accessory brands, all aimed at sparking creativity and inspiring the design world.
Later in the spring, we made our way to iSaloni in Milan, one of the most iconic design cities. iSaloni is where we bring together extraordinary pieces to create unforgettable atmospheres. The experience was nothing short of amazing, as we immersed ourselves in the beauty of design and the passion of the industry.
In the summer, we headed to Oporto for the Luxury Design and Craftsmanship Summit. This event proved that ideas still have the power to shape the world. Through panels and live showcases, we explored Portuguese arts and crafts, creating meaningful connections between artisans and the audience. It was truly inspiring to witness the dedication and talent on display.
Back in Paris in September, we returned to Maison et Objet once again. For us, this event is more than just a show—it's a celebration of interior design, where dreams come to life through shapes, textures, and colors. It was a pleasure to be part of such a vibrant and creative community.
But the highlight of the year was definitely Covet NYC. After opening showrooms in Paris and London, New York felt like the natural next step. The collaboration between Tessler Developments and Covet House transformed The Mansion at 172 Madison Avenue into the ultimate destination for design lovers and professionals in the city. It was a true testament to the power of curated design and the importance of storytelling through space.
As we reflect on 2018, we're not only proud of what we've achieved but also excited about what's to come in 2019. Thank you for being part of our journey. Follow Covet House on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter for more design inspiration, and remember—celebrate design with friends, just like we do!
