The system consists of a compressor, a wind condenser, a liquid reservoir, a dry filter solenoid valve, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The operation of the refrigeration system is controlled by a "cooling" switch that is switched to the studio cooling or to the dehumidification tank by a "wet heat control" switch.
Second, high and low temperature (wet heat) test box heating system:
The heating system is used to supply heat to the studio. There are two functions:
1, the studio warms up, so that the temperature of the studio is raised and controlled;
2. When the refrigeration system is working (including cooling the studio and cooling the temperature), it is used to balance the temperature of the studio.
Third, high and low temperature (wet heat) test box water discharge system:
A selector switch located on the back of the cabinet controls the water in the humidifying water pan to be manually drained or stopped. Stop releasing water: When the water is stopped, the water in the humidifying water tray will not be discharged. Manual drain: When manually drained, the water from the humidified drain will be drained.
Fourth, high and low temperature (wet heat) test box water supply, humidification system
The water supply system is used to automatically supply water to the humidifier and the moisture measuring tank; the humidifying system is used to humidify the working chamber. The water supply pump is controlled by the water level control probe in the water supply tank; the water supply tank supplies water to the humidification water tank through the water tank of the water tank and the water tank of the humidification water tank. Humidification is performed by boiler humidification.
Five, high and low temperature (wet heat) test box dehumidification system:
The dehumidification system has two functions:
1. Dehumidify the studio;
2. Reduce the temperature of the studio. The dehumidification medium is cooled by the refrigeration system in the "wet heat control" state, and the moisture in the dehumidifier and the air in the working chamber reaches the dehumidification purpose.
