Troubleshooting small white marks

Our factory used the J2205 two-color machine to print the full-size version of the field product. A roller-type paper picker was used to grind a small white mark about 15 mm from the side of the printed side. Since the small white marks cannot be cut off in the finished product line, it seriously affects the quality of the product.

As the paper reaches the side gauge, the paper is in a relatively stationary state, and the contact with the pull-down roller is relatively fixed, resulting in a long time for the contact point to be rubbed.

The surface of the paper-pulling roller is relatively rough (the knurled surface is a pull-down paper roller), and the contact area has a relatively small force area, so that the contact points are subject to excessive friction. The above two reasons are the main factors that produce small white marks.

In the case of ensuring that the paper can be pulled in place, try to shorten the pull time. Change the surface of the pull-down roller to a smooth surface, increase the force area at the contact, and reduce the friction force at each contact point. Through the above adjustments, the problem of small white marks in printing can be solved.
