According to past experience, it is necessary to remove the suction nozzle and clean it. If this happens, it will be lost. Before and after each powder spraying, we removed the suction tube from the air pump, poured some gasoline into the tube, and then inserted the blowing tube into the suction tube, allowing the machine to idle, turning on the paper switch and air pump switch, and cleaning with gasoline. The air pump oil in the air duct and the powder that blocked the suction nozzle were repeated several times. The net was blown with a hair dryer, and the paper feeding effect was very good.
The maintenance of the paper reducer directly affects the orderly delivery. Due to frequent dusting, too much dust is sucked in the paper reducer, and the blocked suction eye will cause the paper to be delivered unevenly. It is too troublesome to remove the cleaning on a monthly basis. After the dusting, we insert the air blow tube into the paper reducer. Inside the suction tube, first blow a small amount of dust inside, then pour a little gasoline into the suction tube, insert the blow tube into the suction tube, let the machine idle, open the air pump, blow the remaining residue out, repeat several times, blow When dry, the delivery can be normal.
