Throughout our adhesive development market and future demand hot spots

In the next 5-10 years, the adhesive consumption in China will still grow at a rate of 8%-10%, with the following development directions:

1. Low-formaldehyde emission urea-formaldehyde adhesives account for approximately 30% of the total amount of synthetic adhesives in China. With the improvement of people's living standards and environmental protection awareness, the environmental protection requirements for man-made boards will be higher, resulting in low formaldehyde emission urea formaldehyde. The rubber market has great potential. At present, foreign companies have produced low-formaldehyde emission urea-formaldehyde rubber in China and have also established large-scale wood processing plants.

2. Hot Melt Adhesive; It does not use organic flux, and it has quick construction and good bonding effect. It is the fastest growing type of rubber in China in recent years and it is also the future development direction. In addition to traditional EVA hot-melt adhesives, new varieties of polyester and polyamide hot-melt adhesives are urgently needed in China.

3. Polyurethane Adhesives; Widely used in footwear, packaging, construction, automotive and other fields, and because of its excellent performance, it is considered to be one of the most promising types of rubber in China. In developed countries, plastics for shoemaking are all polyurethane adhesives, and all composite films for packaging use polyurethane adhesives. In addition, special adhesives such as tapes also use polyurethane adhesives, which shows that they are widely used.

4. Silicone Adhesives In the developed countries, the building seals mainly use silicone sealants. In the next few years, silicone sealants will also become the dominant rubber in construction sealants in China.

5. High-performance epoxy resin adhesives; Epoxy adhesives for the electronics industry, epoxy structural adhesives for the construction industry, production technology is difficult, the quality of domestic products is poor, mainly rely on imports. It is estimated that in the future, consumer demand in this area will greatly exceed the average growth rate.

6. Automotive PVC plastic melt glue; PVC plastic melt glue is the main sealant for automobiles, accounting for about 1/3 of the adhesive used in automobile in China. The current annual demand is about 10,000 tons, with the Chinese automobile industry, especially the car industry. The development of PVC plastic melt adhesive must have broad prospects for development.
