We have repeatedly tested the hot stamping temperature (high and low) and the hot stamping pressure (size), and the hot stamped products are still spotted. Then increase the stamping pressure, and sometimes can also be hot stamping more satisfactory products, but the stamping quality is very unstable, increase the stamping pressure, hot stamping will not be a few hundred India will appear pitted.
After repeated investigations, it was found that the cardboard on the plate was loose and that after the embossing, the cardboard was easily deformed, resulting in a non-uniform stamping pressure (because the hot stamp was the back of the book case, Therefore, the thickness of the paper must be slightly higher than that of the linerboard to achieve the stamping pressure). Later, we replaced the linerboard on the imprinting plate with the zinc plate in the field, re-finished the hot stamping pressure and tried hot, and got a satisfactory product. Because the zinc plate layout in the field is relatively flat, the texture is harder than the boxboard paper and it is not easily deformed. So solve the problem of uneven stamping, please take a try.
