Japan has developed coatings for producing highly bright metallic colors

Sumitomo Osaka Cement Co., Ltd. uses its original nanoparticle production technology to develop a high-performance coating product: a coating that can produce a highly vivid metal color; KC-200; the other is to form a highly conductive coating S- 100. At present, samples of these two new coatings are already available.
The KC-200 coating was developed as a coating solution for metal reflective layers. The company used the original nano-granule production technology to uniformly disperse different types of metal particles to create a stable metal coating. This metal coating will not produce a second condensation. In addition to forming a reflective metal film on the photo and glass substrate, the KC-200 can adjust the light transmittance of the metal film by adjusting the thickness of the film. Therefore, the company stated that this performance makes it possible for him to use a reflective screen for display.
S-11100 is a highly viscous, highly conductive plastic coating. The new coating is screen-printed on the resin (with a layer thickness of 6 μm) and produces a highly conductive film.
