Lightweight high barrier flexible packaging

Food retailers want customers to be able to notice the image of the product. To put it bluntly is the packaging of the product. However, how is the overall performance of the product? Is it fresh? How is the taste? What smell? Can you achieve the desired result?
The image of packaging can certainly promote the sales of products, and the real attraction of “return customers” is product performance. This is precisely the application of high barrier flexible packaging in the retail food market, and there is no sign of diminishing at present.
Ordinary consumers probably don't think of the kind of goods they buy. They have 6 layers (maybe more) of composite layers, and they can keep products on shelves for months or even a year to keep them fresh.
For many years, many plastics companies and packaging material companies have been investigating the potential for high-barrier flexible packaging using different materials such as plastic films, paper and metal foils as base films.
As composite packaging is replacing metal cans, glass or hard packaging, people need high-barrier flexible packaging, and people need high-barrier flexible packaging materials for coextruded composite packaging. Barrier packaging technology has been developed and improved in the field of meat packaging. Other markets, such as fast food, cheese and confectionery industries, have started to use some of the same technologies to attract consumers, especially in the nutrition-conscious new fast food sector. As fat foods in foods force film producers to provide flexible packaging that can maintain the flavor of foods for a longer period of time.
There were basically four kinds of software packaging materials in the early 1990s: nylon, PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride), EVOH (vinyl alcohol copolymer resin) and metallized composite film, but consumers demanded more fresh and delicious foods with better quality. This promotes the packaging industry to develop more advanced packaging solutions. Today, people can enjoy up to 15 layers of composite film. Experts abroad have defined high-barrier flexible packaging materials as “any material that can prevent the intrusion of another substance (whether gas or fragrance)”. The high-barrier materials used today are generally oxygen barrier materials, of which the most commonly used are EVOH and nylon resins, which are used together with polyethylene (polyethylene here acts as a water barrier or moisture barrier). PP and PET are often used as base films for high barrier composite films.
Today, premium barrier films or high barrier flexible packaging are prominently used in the retail food market. Compared with the United States, Europe and Japan are more likely to be packed in high-barrier packaging. Consumers in Western Europe and Japan have a much stronger preference and taste for high-quality food. Consumer food is largely a social activity. In the United States, food delivery pays attention to "I need to be quick, I want to be hot, I want to be fresh."

Plastic Sports Bottle

Plastic Sports Bottle is made of high-quality food grade plastic, safe and non-toxic. Compared with metal, it is more lightweight and portable. When the beverage is at room temperature, the hand feeling will be better than the metal water bottle.

And it is easy to process into a special shape to make the bottle more characteristic, and it is also easy to print. It can become your favorite color or pattern.
