For example, when glue is selected, Fuji glue is selected, and the ratio of protective glue to water is 1: 3 to achieve the best state of the glue ratio. (2) Is the top roller clean when printing?

If the glue roller is not clean when processing the plate, the operator needs to use a damp cloth to clean the glue roller. During machine printing, there will be a phenomenon of partial non-inking. If it is because the protective glue is not clean, you need to replace the dirty protective glue and use new protective glue.

(3) Is the pressure of the rubber roller normal when brushing?

Unfavorable, the operator must ensure that the glue layer on the surface of the printing plate is moderate and the glue is uniform. It is also important to apply thick, thin and even glue. If the glue layer is too thick, you need to use plate-cleaning liquid to wipe the printing education when printing on the machine.

(4) Is the drying temperature normal after brushing?

The temperature after glue application should not be too high or too low. The drying temperature is generally between 40 ℃ ~ 50 ℃. Too high may cause the chemical reaction of the photosensitive layer on the surface of the printing plate. If it is too low, the glue on the surface of the printing plate may not dry. .

(5) Is the operation correct when applying glue?
