Blade forming vacuum bag film

With the growing demand for vacuum auxiliary materials in the fan blade market, Aerovac, the world leader in vacuum auxiliary materials, has successfully launched a Vacfilm 400Y2680LTX series vacuum bag film for blade vacuum assisted molding, which is a two-way pultrusion process. The nylon film has a width of up to 6 m, a tensile strength of 60 N/mm2, and an elongation of 400%. Because the thickness (0.065 mm) is between 0.05 mm and 0.075 mm, the mechanical properties of the film can be well ensured while minimizing the price.

In the past few years, Vacfilm400Y2680LTX series and sealing tape LTS90 have been approved by LM, AviChina Baoding blade manufacturers. According to Mr. Dider Gal, Marketing Manager of Aerovac, the company's orders from January to August in 2006 showed that their performance in the Chinese market has grown far faster than expected, resulting in multiple products that have been in short supply.
In order to satisfy customers' needs to the greatest extent, Aerovac and their Chinese market partner Shanghai Lehigh High-Tech Co., Ltd. unanimously decided to establish a large warehouse in Tianjin in order to ease the pressure on logistics, and customers in the entire northern region will benefit directly from this.
