Nina Paper Launches New Green Paper Products

As a manufacturing company, American Niña has been leading the development of sustainable products and production processes. The company has developed a series of recycled paper and pre-chlorine production technologies. At present, they have introduced a new environmental protection. Archie Beaton, managing general manager of the chlorine-free products association, explained why the paper companies had passed the PCF certification: “The biggest benefit of the chlorine-free process is its ability to save water.” The average paper manufacturer consumes 40,000 gallons when producing a ton of paper. Fresh water, and when producing PCF-certified paper, paper mills can reuse fresh water more than 10 times. However, when these companies use chlorine-containing chemicals, they cannot reuse water because chlorine can corrode the metal equipment in the factory. Every company that has passed our certification, such as Nyana Paper, uses less than 3,000 gallons of water for each ton of paper produced. ”
