The product quality supervision and inspection institute of Shaanxi Province showed that this new modified casein polysaccharide protein label glue fills the blank of domestic production of label glue with plants as raw materials. Its main technical indicators are ahead of international similar products, and its quality and cheap , green, easy to use, can completely replace the current use of high-priced casein glue.
Casein gum is the most common beer labeling glue, but its price is relatively high, and imported casein glue is more expensive. Not only is it conducive to environmental protection but also can reduce production costs, which has become a major bottleneck in the development of beer label glue. This time, Xi'an Huading uses a biodegradable damping production process to combine animal protein with vegetable protein, and finally molding with a special process. Plant-based raw materials are used to reduce production costs and improve environmental performance. It has a special combination of polysaccharide protein molecular structure, has a strong affinity and infiltration, its viscosity has exceeded 100pa.s. The glue belongs to water-soluble rubber and has better performance. It can fully meet the requirements of high-speed labeling on the quality of the glue, and can be used by 20,000 bottles/hour or more.
