- **Enzyme Standard Reagent:** 3 mL × 1 vial (for 48-well) or 6 mL × 1 vial (for 96-well)

**Preparation and Usage:**
1. **Standard Curve Preparation:**
Prepare a series of standard dilutions using the provided standard reagent. The concentration of each standard will serve as the X-axis, while the corresponding OD values (measured at 450 nm) will be the Y-axis.
2. **Plotting the Standard Curve:**
Plot the standard curve on graph paper or using software. Based on the OD value of your sample, locate the corresponding concentration on the curve. Multiply this value by the dilution factor to obtain the actual concentration of MAO in your original sample.
3. **Alternative Method – Linear Regression:**
If you prefer a more precise calculation, use the linear regression equation derived from the standard concentrations and their corresponding OD values. Input the OD value of your sample into the equation to calculate the concentration, then multiply by the dilution factor to determine the true concentration.
