1.    What's EVA mean?
EVA is short for ethyl vinyl acetate, so the EVA foam is also been called ethyl vinyl acetate foam or ethylene vinyl acetate foam, and EVA cases are also been called vinyl cases, vinyl hard case.

6. What kind of zippers could be used to make EVA case?

8.    What are the Colors for Case fabric and lining?
We have about more than 200 colors available IN STOCK, you also could tell us the PMS number if you do not like the colors, and we could provide dye service as your requests.

9.    I have an item in my hand, and I want to make a protective case to protect it, can you help me? And how can we start?


If you have an EVA case sample in hand, and want to make some changes and have your company logo on it, please take some photo of the sample, and show us the dimension of it. We will check if we have produced it before. If we already have the mold, then you could save the mold cost.

If you have an idea in mind, or choose the styles from our website, tell us the request in detail.

If you have your own design, have the 3D file. The best file style is IGS file. Step file or OBJ file is slower for setting up the heat compression mold.

If you want to custom design an EVA case to storage your devices or products. Please send us your device with size. We will design a draft for you.

For simple product, tell us the dimension, or send us the item, we will design it perfectly!

For various products and accessories, you need to measure them one by one, and send us the dimension, we will design a draft for you to confirm.

Confirm the case type, pattern, design, and size

Choose the case interior types if you need, the case interior , such as the heat compression molded EVA interior, die cutting EVA foam interior, laser engraved EVA foam interior, heat compression foam interior, DIY Velcro divider, etc.

Choose the case fabric and color, different fabric has a different color sheet; please check with our sales deputy.

Choose the case lining and color, different lining has a different color sheet; please check with our sales deputy.

Send us the logo if you need, confirm the logo styles. Check the most common logo style as follow.

Choose the zipper type you liked, such the nylon teeth zipper, plastic teeth zipper, waterproof zipper, metal teeth zipper, etc.

Choose zipper puller style, and confirm the logo on pullers if you need, such as the metal pullers, plastic pullers or rubber patch puller, etc.

Choose the handle types if you need, such as the webbing handle, plastic handle, etc.

Choose the shoulder strap or wrist handle if you need

Choose the accessories pockets and pouches if you need, such as the neoprene front pocket, inner mesh pockets, or individual accessories pouches, etc.

Choose other accessories and logo types if you need, such as fabric labels, carabiner, hooks, etc.

We will send a design draft and sample confirm sheet, once you confirm the full information, and then we will start the mold design.

10. Why should I pay the mold cost? Is it worth to set up the new mold?
We have more than 20000 molds in stock now, but most of them already have client's logo on it.
If you only need similar size mold, we will try our best to find one for you.
If you need the exact same size, we need to set up the new mold for you.
