Q. How can we guarantee our products quality?
1.For every finished product, should have passed more than 1 hundred times of inspection, because QC checking on each production process.Â
2.For vacuum test, we would do 3 times 100% check.Â
3. We suggest you to buy a sample first before placing a big order.
4. If any quality problems are proved to be our responsibility, we will try our best to settle this issue and satisfy you.
Q : Can you help us to develop our own product?
OEM project is welcome, we have professional workshop for OEM project.Â
Q.Can I get free samples?
Some samples are free, you need to pay for most of them. However, we will refund you the sample fees after order confirmed. Besides, the cost happens by Express is also borne by you.
Q.How long is the lead time of the samples?
A.For existing samples, it could be shipped out by the day we receive your payment or the next day.
B.If you want to laser your own logo on the samples, it takes 1-2 days more.
C.If it is a customized logo, the lead time is according to how complicated the sample is.
Q.What is the mass production lead time?
A.For stocked products, you could receive within 7-15 working days after we receive your payment.
B.For big order or ODM products, it might take up to 30-45 days.
