Hangzhou Kewang has successfully developed two new single-component water transfer inks SR-367HT / 311HT according to customer needs.
The biggest features of the two inks launched by Kewang are low curing temperature and short time. The ink is bright after heat curing, the cured film has high hardness and high gloss, and has good adhesion fastness to ceramic, glass or metal substrates. SR-367HT is a type of polyurethane, curing conditions are 130 ℃ ~ 150 ℃ / 20min, SR-311HT is an epoxy resin type, curing temperature is 110 ℃ ~ 120 ℃ / 10 ~ 15min.
These two water transfer inks contain a microcapsule-coated curing agent, which is easy to use and can be printed immediately after opening. No need to print hot melt adhesive on the screen-printed pattern. It can be packaged after being dried naturally and can be stored at room temperature. 6 months, the ink does not harden during the period, and can be transferred at any time, and the pattern is cured by heating.
SR-367HT / 311HT single-component thermosetting water transfer inks are available in standard four colors and various spot colors to meet the needs of different customers.
The use process is: water transfer paper → screen printing SR-367HT or SR-311HT → room temperature drying → printing tearable cover oil → after drying, it can be packaged or sold, or it can be directly transferred to water → drying → remove the tearable film → Thermal curing → finished product.
