2. Preparation of standard solution

Accurately weigh 0.05g of 10 kinds of phthalate standard products, dissolve with methanol, transfer to 50ml volumetric flask, dilute to the mark, shake well, and prepare a standard solution with a certain concentration. Pipette the standard solution 0.00, 1.00, 2.00, 4.00, 6.00, 8.00, 10.00ml accurately in a 10ml graduated test tube, dilute to the mark with the mobile phase, shake with a vertical shaker (can operate 6 or 10 samples at the same time) , To prepare a mixed standard solution with a certain mass concentration.

3. Sample preparation and determination

Accurately weigh 1.0g of the cosmetic sample, place it in a 10ml graduated graduated tube, add methanol to the mark, shake, and ultrasonically extract for 20 ~ 30min. Filter through a 0.45μm filter membrane. The filtrate is to be tested. Under the set chromatographic conditions, take 5 μl for HPLC analysis.

According to the peak area, the mass concentration of 10 phthalate components was obtained from the standard curve. The final concentration of phthalate in the sample should be a multiple of dilution in concentration.
