Fault description:
The customer takes four disks to recover the data. According to the customer's description, the RAID0 of the four disk groups has one disk offline. The virtual machine is installed. The data recovery engineer has detected that one of the hard disk heads is damaged, the other disks are good, and the customer explained the situation, and the customer agrees to do data recovery.
Data recovery process:
The engineer will make a complete disk image of the three good disks first, then analyze and analyze the three good disks, and analyze and determine the RAID0 of the group.
The engineer looks for the same type of spare part disk to open the replacement disk for the damaged hard disk, and then test and repair the data recovery professional equipment, and finally make a full mirror image through the device. Since the hard disk damaged after the replacement of the magnetic head has no bad sectors, the mirroring is completed after several hours. Analyze the virtual reorganization of RAID0, restore the data, and verify that the virtual machine can run and the data is successfully restored.

Advice to customers:
Do not power on repeatedly when the hard disk or RAID is damaged. If the hard disk head is damaged repeatedly, the disk will be scratched and the data in the hard disk will not be recovered.
