The laser plates used to make laser rainbow jams are all large and large, and there are no seams in the range of 787mm×546mm or even larger. The product itself has the same structure and appearance. Generally, the non-aluminized surface of the laser rainbow film is composited with the paper, and the aluminum-plated surface is treated as a printing surface after printability processing. Due to the differences in the characteristics of BOPP and PET films, different characteristics were also caused, leading to the following differences in the combined rainbow jams: BOPP laser rainbow jammed papers have lower temperature resistance, stretch resistance, and paper stiffness than PET laser rainbows. Paper jam. In particular, the printing of cigarette packs is generally glazing. For heating and longer lengths, BOPP laser rainbow paperboard tends to shrink into an arc shape; PET laser rainbow paperboard generally does not appear this phenomenon. Printing plants generally choose to print on the aluminized surface. Therefore, the level of adhesion between the aluminized layer and the film directly affects the print quality. In comparison, due to the poor polarity of the BOPP film, even after corona treatment, its dyne value is lower than that of the same corona treated PET film, resulting in significantly lower adhesion of the aluminum plating layer and film of the BOPP laser aluminum film. Therefore, BOPP laser rainbow card printing adaptability is not as good as PET laser rainbow jam. Mainly BOPP laser paper printing is more difficult, prone to poor adhesion of the ink, especially after the die cut is more prone to the above defects. The thickness of PET film is generally 0.12mm to ensure its stiffness. This directly leads to a larger thickness of the BOPP laser rainbow jam, and the stiffness is not as good as a thinner PET laser rainbow jam.

At present, both PET and BOPP laser rainbow paperboard have been used in cigarette packaging, and the market is gradually expanding.
