PV flour bag with valve

Recently, Japan's Nissin Milling Co., Ltd. and Chiyoda Paper Co., Ltd. have jointly disclosed patents on manufacturing that have saved resources and prevented powder from leaking. This kind of bag not only saves the main raw material—a kraft paper—but also improves the environment for bagging and transport operations. Nissin Milling Company plans to use new bags at its 16 mills in Japan next year. In order to popularize new bags, the two companies have recently applied for company patents.
The new bag glues the two ends of the bag, and a flour injection valve is installed on both sides of the bag. This is called a PV bag (two-bottomed adhesive valve bag). Today's flour bags are widely used to sewn on both ends of the machine. , However, the machine-sewn port and the powder injection port will both leak powder and have the disadvantages of moisture, impurities, and insects.
Therefore, Nissin Milling and other companies organized a joint research team to tackle the problem four years ago and developed a new flour package.
The feature of the new PV bag is to place the machine part at the bottom corner of the kraft paper and change the flour injection port to an inner valve seal type. The current sewing machine is to replace the previous three layers of kraft paper into two layers, using a special adhesive to make it easy to open the bag. As a result, the shortcomings of machine seams have been solved, and the cost has also been reduced. Therefore, it is a very promising packaging bag and its prospects are quite broad.
