VaryBond Paste Machine

Italian Agnati company offers a series of tile wet end equipment. The latest one is the VaryBond glue dispenser, which is specially designed to enhance the glue function. Innovative technical features include the ability to paste glue on special grades of cardboard, as well as a variety of paste types. With VaryBond, the exact number of adhesives, adhesives, and board grades used in the bonding process can dictate a minimum paste thickness of 0.04mm (0.0016). Master single machine

In addition, in the company's series of single-faced corrugated paperboard production lines, Master combines advanced corrugating technology and uses a crownless roll instead of the traditional pressure roll design. Crownless rollers do not damage the paper and paper. The key part of the single-faced corrugated board production line is the elimination of resonance vibration from the machine at any production speed. This is mainly due to the design features of the small bottom corrugating roller, which has been patented.
