Shen Zehong, an engineer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of East China Shipbuilding Institute, has been working hard to obtain two utility model patents for “pulp molding and molding machine” and “turning and transferring device for pulp molded products”. Currently, these two patent technologies have been widely used. Users from Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and other places also came to negotiate. It is understood that the successful development of the “pulp molding machine” can eliminate the trimming process in the production of paper lunch boxes, saving both labor and production time. “The transfer order of the workpieces of pulp molded products” uses negative pressure to suck out the finished products and move the products directly with the transfer device. Instead of manually moving them during the production process, the manpower can be greatly saved. The application of these two patents will have a positive impact on reducing the cost of eco-friendly paper lunch boxes and will be conducive to the popularization of eco-friendly fast food cartons.
