Huanbao Technology Group Successfully Develops Green Bottles

It is an ideal and economical alternative to tinplate cans and glass bottles. According to Mr. Li Xiaohong, general manager of the company, the company's BOPP bottles are used in hot-filled non-carbonated beverages. Besides complying with the requirements of environmental protection, they also have low cost and high temperature resistance; there is no time limit for the storage period of the bottles; the bottles are free from acetaldehyde Precipitation, long-term use will not harm human health.
Prof. Liu Qinjin and others from the School of Food Science, Southwest Agricultural University, conducted a pilot study on the biaxially oriented BOPP bottles for shelf life quality changes in tea beverage packaging. The results show that BOPP bottled hot drinks can be used under strict hot irrigation conditions. The tea beverage has a shelf life of more than half a year, which provides a scientific theoretical basis for the application of BOPP bottles in the packaging of non-carbonated beverages.
