2. Printing device

Too little pressure (excessive clearance) loses the effect of ink and ink transfer on the screen roller, which results in uneven printing on the printing plate, and the printing ink volume is difficult to control. As a result, the printing film of the product is too thick and the ink sticks to the ink. Dirty, poor clarity, slightly thicker dots, and a slight spreading of lines and writing.

If the pressure of two rollers is too tight (small gap), the amount of ink on the cable roller is relatively reduced, the dots can be printed clearly, and the word line can be printed clearly, but it lacks a certain amount of ink and gloss, and at the same time, it is necessary to prevent excessive pressure between the two rollers. Causes the net roll and the ink roll to bend at both ends, the printer gear beats, and the teeth break.

The size of the printing pressure is generally determined according to the characteristics of the printed product. The network line prints fine text. The fine line printing pressure may be slightly larger, and the large size and field printing products may be relatively small.

2) The pressure of the ink transfer device: the printing pressure between the screen roller and the plate roller, and its function is to transfer the ink on the wire roller to the printing plate of the printing roller.

Whether this printing pressure is correct or not has a great influence on the resolution of printed dots; the pressure is too heavy, the pressure of the anilox roller on the printing plate is large, and the printed image dots are enlarged. The pressure is too light, the printing plate is not inked, of course, can not be printed, the best printing pressure is to adjust the pressure of the anilox roller and the printing plate at both ends of the same, and the ink layer on the anilox roller and the printing plate round cut Horizontal contact, of course, the best pressure is obtained through long-term operation. Should pay attention to this pressure as our operator can not easily adjust the general situation, because the pressure is adjusted before the device is shipped.

3) Pressure of the imprinting device: This pressure refers to the printing pressure between the printing plate and the embossing roller. This pressure must also be maintained at both ends. Both must also be in round-cut horizontal contact, according to the printing process during the printing process. The specific circumstances and adjusted at any time to keep it in the best condition.

3, pressure line cut corner slot

Crimping notch is the process of forming a printed cardboard into a certain size. This process includes the length, width and height of the carton. It is also the final process of the printing slot machine.

3) The depth of cut corners

Therefore, the thickness of the board is determined to be greater than the size of the center bar line.
