Cur Tec of the Netherlands and ICB Packaging of the United States have developed a container for packaging liquid medicines. The invention combines the outer barrier of the Cur Tec HDPE tub with the newly designed inner liner as the second inner protective barrier. A special insertion method is used to ensure that the tub is not in contact with the product during filling or pouring. This series of products can be used for occasions such as hot filling or oxygen barrier, and are now used in the fields of food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. The type of product that requires UN approval for packaging of hazardous liquid chemicals is being developed.
