Excluding the failure of ink stick transfer in J2101 off-color monochrome offset press layout

During the printing process, the phenomenon of ink sticking on the layout often occurs, generally due to the plate material wear caused by the excessive pressure between the water roller or the ink roller and the plate cylinder, and in most cases occurs at the mouth. In a practical operation, I also found that after the new version of the machine, there was a regular transfer of ink sticks from the mouth to the back, which repeatedly affected the quality of the product.
After inspection, only the pressure between the water roller and the drum was found to be small, and the fault could not be eliminated after the standard adjustment. Is it because of uneven ink and water? Impossible, because this did not happen before the version was taken, and the ink was not emulsified. It seems that the problem is still on the water roller (excluding the stability of the quality of the plate). Check the pressure between the water roller and the plate cylinder and find that the pressure is low. After repeated debugging, it is always light. Stopped and found a gap when the water mechanism was placed in front of and behind the hand. Remove All the water rollers and withdraw the taper pin from the base of the water roller linkage. The original pin was worn out. After maintenance, the phenomenon of transfer of ink bars was eliminated.
