How to exclude the printing bar in the offset printing process

Although the causes of the bars are complex, as long as they are carefully analyzed, some laws can still be found.

a. The driving gear of the roller is seriously worn or the tooth gap is too large, which will cause the bar. Sticking on the tooth surface, embedding hard objects in the tooth gap or clogging the root of the tooth will cause the bar.

Solution: Reasonable maintenance, maintenance and elimination of foreign objects can reduce or avoid accidents.

b. The roller bearing wears seriously, which can cause the bar.

Solution: pad the paper in the blanket to make the gripper pad trapezoidal, to reduce the impact when the gripper is pressed, or replace it with a wear-resistant bearing.

c. If the pressure between the plate cylinder and the rubber cylinder is too large, the blanket will produce large sliding friction under the squeezing action, causing the dots to deform and form ink sticks.

Solution: Adjust the pressure between the two rollers, instead of blindly adding backing paper to the rubber briquettes.

d. The lining is not suitable. The lining of the printing plate and rubber cylinder is inappropriate, and the sliding friction between them will drive the printing plate cylinder, that is, the surface drive of the cylinder conflicts with the drive of the cylinder gear. When this kind of failure occurs in places where the pressure is low and the rubber roller is thickly lined.

The solution is to reduce the surface linear velocity error of the rubber cylinder and the plate cylinder, appropriately reduce the rubber cylinder liner and increase the plate cylinder liner.

e. Improper pressure of rolling pillow. The contact roll pillow offset printing machine roll pillow was no pressure will produce thick stick, the bearer of the contact situation and related gear meshing, the bearer of improper pressure, poor gear meshing, the drum will easily lead to vibration, resulting in thick stick.

Solution: readjust the pressure of the rolling pillow according to the instructions.

f. The pressure between the inking roller and the surface of the printing plate is too large. The pressure between the inking roller and the inking roller is too high. The pressure between the water roller and the printing plate is too great.

Solution: The contact width between the inking roller and the surface of the printing plate should not exceed 6mm; the contact width between the inking roller and the inking roller should be within 5mm. Reduce the pressure between the water roller and the printing plate.

g. The ink roller gear and intermediate wheel are not meshed correctly or are worn. The ink roller bearing is damaged.

Solution: replace the corresponding parts, the fault can be eliminated.
