4.1 Test principle

5. Test process

(1) Cut 6 samples with a length of 30 cm and a width of 15 cm from the surface of the sample.

(2) Turn on the GHS-03 double five-point heat sealing instrument, set the heat sealing pressure, heat sealing time, the temperature of the lower heat sealing head can be set to a certain temperature or maintain room temperature, the heat sealing temperature of the upper heat sealing head can be in accordance with Set a certain temperature gradient.

(3) When the upper and lower heat seal heads reach the set temperature, take two of the samples and stack them together (the two thermal covers are in contact with each other), and place the long side of the sample into the heat sealer for heat sealing.

(4) Starting from the highest heat seal temperature of the upper heat seal head mentioned in (2), set the heat seal temperature of the five upper heat seal heads according to a certain temperature gradient, and follow the steps in (3) Samples are heat sealed, and so on, until the samples are heat sealed.

(5) Cut two sample strips with a width of 15 mm from the heat sealing edge corresponding to each heat sealing temperature, and the unfolded length of each sample strip should be at least 10 cm.

(6) Turn on the XLW (PC) intelligent electronic tensile testing machine, and set parameter information such as sample width and test speed.

(7) Clamp the sample strip between the upper and lower fixtures, the long axis of the sample strip coincides with the center line of the two fixtures, click the test option, and the test begins. After the test, the instrument automatically displays the test results.

6. Test results

In this paper, the heat seal pressure is set to 0.3 MPa, the heat seal time is 1 s, the temperature of the lower heat seal head is set to 100 ° C, and the heat seal temperature of the upper heat seal head starts from 130 ° C and increases with a temperature gradient of 5 ° C The heat sealing temperature is 200 ℃.
